Originally, the property with 450 sqm of covered area was a house that has been adapted to be an administration office. The area that will be most affected by the project is concentrated, apart from the façade, the top floor of the building, where the private area of the house used to be. This floor attracted attention due to the slanted capstones and existing zenithal lighting openings. The idea was to take advantage of the quality of this space doing away with every wall so it becomes clearer and the effect of the horizontal and zenithal openings be better exploited. The closed rooms were positioned at the ends of the empty space. At the South point, at the end of the corridor that follows the wooden span, is the presidency room and at the North end 2 boardrooms. The closures are of white serigraphed glass up to 2.30 m high, and above it transparent glass next to the capstone to give continuity to the ceiling’s design.
