The FuturArc Prize is open to students and professionals in architecture with a passion for sustainable design. "Regenerate Life" is the theme for the 2015 FuturArc Prize, alluding adaptive reuse on a scale ranging from buildings to entire ecosystems. According to the brief, Regenerate Life delves into the notion that "asian cities have developed at a pace and in a manner that has compromised life and liveability." Each submission is tasked with providing tangible sustainable design solutions for a major Asian city.

Representing built projects, The FuturArc Green Leadership Award recognizes sustainable design in "new, restored, rehabilitated or converted" buildings in Asia. The award is open to property developers, architects, and professionals in construction and building design. This award is open to six categories: Individual Residential, Multiple Residential, Commercial, Institutional, Interior, and Socially-Inclusive Development.

FuturArc is a bimonthly journal that promotes the enhancement of sustainable architecture in Asia. Both contests close on December 15th, 2014. Find out more about FuturArc and the contests on their website.
