Bid by invitation to develop a housing project that seeked to trigger the growth of the western part of the Monterrey metropolitan area.

The project consists of two 8-story blocks; a neighborhood commercial area on the ground floor and mezzanine, connected to a pedestrian walkway that gives great potential to the zone. Each block has five housing levels, with 28 apartments, 970 sq ft to 2300 sq ft and four penthouses 150 1615 sq ft each. It has a roof garden on the top level with amenities.

The plot where this project was developed has panoramic views. The project maintains and exploits this benefit from the interior of the apartments.

On the four facades of the two blocks, the strong sunlight to the South and West was taken into account to create a play with the volumes and projecting shadows.
