Text description provided by the architects. FUSP - Fundação da Universidade de São Paulo renovated its headquarters by utilizing part of its existing buildings and adding a new construction. The project faced the challenge of organically and harmoniously integrating the new and existing structures into a single complex, considering the specific characteristics of each part and some significant constraints imposed by old land use regulations established by the area's original developer.
