Construction is set to begin on 4of7 Architecture’s latest residences in Faqra, Mount .  Working with Accent Design Group, the team has designed holiday residences that will serve as ski retreats for those living nearby in Beirut.  Situated at an altitude of 1850m, the buildings’ placement emphasizes the topography of the site.

PingPong Project / 4 of 7 Architecture

4 of 7 shared their PingPong project with us, which began as a competition entry for the Serbian Pavilion at 12thVenice Biennale of Architecture.   The firm has taken the initial ideas and developed them further to complete a second version of the project for the Mixer Design Expo in Belgrade.  The idea of the PingPong project is to provide architectural means for spontaneous change of use throughout the exhibition life cycle.

4of7 Architecture‘s competition proposal for a in East Africa is a modular configuration that will expand to accommodate more people when necessary.   The proposal was an entry for the “Design for the Children“ competition which asks designers from around the world to develop a sustainable, culturally responsive, pediatric clinic model for Rwanda.  This modular configuration is a “spatial solution” that will connect a major network of health care.
