Roof Windows - FPP-V preSelect MAX | FAKRO

The FP-V preSelect roof MAX windows are a new generation of top hung windows and pivot windows from FAKRO that feature two independent opening mechanisms. FPP-V preSelect MAX is available in large window sizes with a triple glazing unit for great thermal insulation and abundance of natural light.

Opening Functions

The roof windows include a new, improved hardware system from FAKRO that guarantees the that only one opening mechanism can be used at once and gives complete stability of the sash in outward as well as in pivot opening function. The opening method can be switched using the preSelect sliding switch positioned in the lower part of the frame for easier access.

• Outward
  The outward opening function enables the sash to be opened in any position from 0 to 45 degrees, which is almost 30% wider than in the previous version and enables an easy approach to the edge of the open windows, which increases the usable area and provides an unlimited view to the outside.
• Pivot
  The pivot function enables the sash to be rotated through 180° and is used when cleaning the outer pane or operating an awning blind

Versions

• FPP-V MAX coated with ecological acrylic varnish.
• FPU-V MAX coated with three layers of polyurethane lacquer to form a perfectly smooth and durable surface of the window profiles which is homogeneous without a trace of wood grains.

Glazing units

• FP-V U3 windows equipped with an energy-efficient single-chamber glazing unit.
  • Window U-Value 1.3 W/m²K
• FP-V U5 windows equipped with a highly energy-efficient double chamber glazing unit. The window is particularly recommended for buildings where special emphasis is put on thermal energy savings.
