i don’t agree about the sherbrooke street frontage – i think the glass curtain-wall is a nice effect, especially at night. the contrast, scale, mass and even color work wonderfully. but the best part of this project is its success in creating the sense of oasis; when those trees grow out in 10-15 years, this will be one of the nicest little bits of built space in the city.

A big building made appearing very fragmented through graphics, while remaining very simple in it’s plan. Sweet design-work, simple architecture.

I very much like the way building facades almost vanish into each other thanks to the mirroring effect. Big buildings tend to loose scale sometimes and maybe some of the building’s don’t work out quite as well but overall it looks very nice.

I have to agree…this facade looks nice on renderings, but it’s horrible on Sherbrooke street.

It’s nice to seen new constructions made in Montreal, though.

I like the garden very much. It almost reminds me of a Robert Irwin garden. Looks like a nice place to work.

These photographs are beautiful but being an ex-montrealer, I have to say I think the green facade on Sherbrooke street is atrocious – the gradiation, the angles, etc. all really tarnish the street facade.
