The competition seeks out fresh and inventive designs that will help promote downtown not only as a transportation hub, but a gateway to the Caribbean and Latin America.

To enter, please visit www.dawntown.org to download the competition brief. Registration is free and open to all designers, professionals or students.

“In order to protect the environment by reducing packaging materials, sheets must be printed in
Miami at FedEx Office and Ship Center. FedEx Office will print 24×36 inches or similar, fullcolor
photographic quality on heavy paper, and will mount printed sheets on foam core board
and laminate with UV-protection coating. The retail price for printing two such boards is $180
plus tax, but FedEx has arranged a discount for DawnTown Registrants of $10 per board and
taxes included, for a total of $160.48″

If the drive were to ‘protect the environment’ then submission would be electronic. There are several ways to present electronic media.

    Count me out.
