The building assumed spiral develops in a continuous motion that turning around a central courtyard, culminating in a tower facing the front street. In this way the building has a focal point in the tower side as a green area that relates positively with the surrounding context.

Furthermore, the articulation of the ground floor of the building ensures it is a small area of relevance, in order to achieve greater availability of space and maximum permeability with all the surrounding context.

Reference point, the desire to create a readily identifiable presence in the neighborhood, while ensuring a non-congested area between the building and surrounding area by way of retraining.
