I like the overall layout and circulation sistem, but:
HUGE foyer for a 3 room apartment!!!

I thought it was a Japanese project at my first sight, but I’m wrong, It’s from my country. For me, this design is all about LIFESTYLE, a western lifestyle: open kitchen (not for Chinese cooking), maid’s room (client probably works in MNC), paintings on walls n simplified furniture (appreciate the culture of gallery n modernism).
