The interaction between the use and aestetics of the front exterior is awesome, I feel though that the back of the building/site is underdeveloped in comparison and would like to see some aspects from the frontal extrerior to carry through. Over all an exeptional project

horizontal brises looking to sunset just doesn’t work for blocking the sun.

the photos show it.
it’s easy to see the shadows of the palms on the facede.
on the internal view of the brises, the sun is hitting (and heating) it all…

this guys are good on “Aesthetics”, not yet on “Architecture”.
