It seems that this week everything is about Shanghai. The World Expo 2010 starts in three days and the pavilions are ready. estoy impresionado de la variedad de pabellones que se presentan en Shanghai 2010, es la forma que representa de manera abstracta a cada pais.

Just compare any of these to Zumthor’s Swiss pavilion from Expo 2000 in Hanover. The pavilion could be completely recycled, it was beautiful, natural, very quiet. He designed it as a place of repose where visitors could simply relax after being bombarded by all the bombast.
Of course, he went on to win the Pritzker……….
