SCDA-Designed Condominium to Rise Between High Line

“515 Highline” is the latest luxury condominium planning to make its claim next to New York’s beloved High Line. Clad in an undulating glass and steel facade, the 12-story, 12-residence development designed by Singapore's SCDA Architects will be unique in that it is the only property bordered by the elevated park on two sides.

“515 Highline is uniquely positioned to have five vantage points, in addition to a distinguishing sculptural façade that faces the famed High Line park,” described the architects. “This exterior feature consists of laser cut fritted laminated glass plates and steel, which reflects the interplay of organic and made-made characteristics of the urban park.”

The bespoke residence will have the expansive outdoor spaces and double height ceilings characteristic of Soo K. Chan’s designs.
