The way the house has been thought, answers to the very initial demand of the clients who wished to associate their desire of architecture and quality of open spaces with a tight budget.

The wood, element of both frame and frontage, gives rhythm to the frontage and the access balcony. A terrace built on stilts at the edge of the house, is a continuation of the living space. The difference in height of the plot is useful to raise the house of 80 cm and offer views on the garden.
