im very impress with cctv building design in Beijing but not in taipei performing arts theater in taiwan designed by OMA.

it is really more of a politcal outcome, the entire competition and design process…..OMA hit the ball by creating such an abnormal, eye-teasing structure in the urban context, when the goverment just needs such an image politically.
