The sharp- and multi-edged buildingform results from the subtle observation of the local circumstances and the functional and formative aims deriving from it. By positioning in the middle of the property the construction body receives an autonomous character with clear presence. According to the internal functions the roof is trained as an inclined flat roof, with high-level point (approx. 5m) in the public area.

In support of the historical, listed surroundings constructions the skin of the chemist's shop was provided with mineral plaster. By a horizontal broom line structure the surface receives an additional iridescing effect.
