Spanish practice XPIRAL shared with us this nice urban residence in a very narrow site in Murcia, Spain. With a very tight budget, they decided to built a concrete structure house attached to the party walls that creates a central courtyard facing west to the neighbors.

Inspired:)
By what!? Plastic materials instead of green grass? My impression is that building was built in a very dangerous environment (see street facade).
Fun house,
but the interior finishing is really kinda ‘basic’ in a bad way.
Congratulations, a fantastic house
really xpiral
minimum cost and maximum results
I liked a lot the exterior, but agree with JDR about the interior (un)finishing…
It’s incredible what they did here, quite detailed and seems comfy for being a small house.
I like the concept and nice job on the plan solutions.
I miss the budget, the numbers! ;-)
