“Fameline properties” located next to the main highway in Limassol. Busy façade composition from the entry side and colorful backside from the highway distinguish extremely contrasting object from its surroundings.
The wholeness of the program is by the architect translated into a solid volume where the flexible and functional office spaces were achieved. Each floor has open plan space divided into two parts with “waiting boxes”.
The simple with its solidity and very flexible functional arrangement but expressive building strengthens its identity among chaotic surroundings.
