Kayser – get the grip on this one: the exterior is all the public gets out of this project. It does not open up for any activity on the street level, it’s completely disinterested in its immediate surroundings, and it plays its metaphorical one-liner rather clumsily and out-of-tune;) as if norway didnt have enough dumb mountains already;)

Beautiful piece of Architecture.
I love how the people are no longer restricted to the interiors. They get to walk over and experience the structure’s exteriors as well.
