Different plots have different functions. The first block responsible for sculpture the city, it emphasizes the landmark volume and express the contemporary Lintong city’s image effectively out.

The second plot was designed as functional pack to the first plot; it creates a pedestrian business environment and recovers an old house in Guanzhon. Being the most wonderful part of pedestrian scale, the third plot encourage other two plots communicate together and the focus is the central landscape part of the third plot. People will feel environmental enrichment and find out the positive significance of city function during they were shopping or working in this environment.
