CTS Temple of Heaven Performance Zone Winning Proposal / Aedas

Aedas recently unveiled their master plan proposal for the CTS Temple of Heaven Performance Zone. Located in Beijing, their concept consists of a trio of urban, garden and lake environments while aiming to become the capital’s core cultural and commercial district and establish an international modern city life standard. The performance zone, covering a main street (Xingfu Street), two parks (Beijing Amusement Park and Longtan Park), and three lakes (East Longtan Lake, Middle Lake, and West Lake), is located at the Dongcheng district in Beijing. Occupying 59 hectares of land, it boasts 34 theatres and 1,200,000 square meters of office, retail, hotel, entertainment and cultural spaces.
