Especially considering the width of the apartments seems under 3.5m. The inner courtyard looks beautiful and it will probably also function as some sort of meeting place for all the people that live there. The gardens at the back look unatractive though and there are some privacy issues with the duplex apartments that are above. Some variety over the standard boring apartment block is much appreciated and it seems very well executed! Especially considering the width of the apartments seems under 3.5m.
