Gentlemen,
It is the sign of the economy. Just look around. Offices are calling project architects to people w/ 3 years of experience. Come on! For an old timer to become a project architect would take at least 15 years of solid working experience.
This is the product of a childish mind setting with lots of great inexperience of architecture and lack of concept. Something that is seasoned through years of work.

I am afraid we are going to see this “mouse lab” experiments all over the world. Blame it on tight budgets and the lack of experience in the “professional environment”

in my humble opinion, a house should, at least, look and be confortable, wich they don’t… and, despite very few of them, the others seem no more than a study… and I know they will be constructed, and, sorry to say that, but thanks God it will bem far from here…

the architects chosen to design theses houses should answer one question: what do you think it would look anything but a house??? I know sometimes form doesn’t (have to) follow function, but these houses are too much for me…
