It’s rather way too perfect, way too organized, way too much of the same, sequence at its best, lets get more experimental, we really do not need more of the same.
Lack of concept, purism? that’s too old, I cannot even imagine the user. grandparents?

I dont agree. I think its rather neatly organized, especially the position of the kitchen, its great!

I also like the front with the frames.
