It is located in an area near Ecuador where the weather ishot and humidwith a sub-tropical climate. Variable temperature is dry with no rain, this due to the fact that strong winds lower the environmental temperature to a moderate climate. Thiscontinues throughout the year except in the summer months where the temperature increases periodically.Every 10 to 15 years the temperatures get high with regular rainfall and an extreme increase inthe amount of water flowing in the rivers.

Design strategy.

Chiclayo is a city with very strong winds. The location is situated from south to north, on a plot of 20 x 20. This forces the climate to generate three bands. The first band will havecourtyards to filter in order to control the southern winds. The second is the functional space and the third is the main yardat north (garden), making the wind doesn’t come with the usual power.

The layout of the program

The layout of the program adjusts to the needs and requirements by configuring three marked areas. The social area is intermediate between the filter to the south courtyard and patio garden to the north, leaving a spatial transition as a mechanism to control the winds.

The first floor faces the main courtyard (garden) and access, connecting the main hall open following the shape of spaces adjacent to the living room - dining room and kitchen; flanking the guest's bathroom, main stairs, bar with courtyards where the bedroom's Guest and backstairs. The second level is configured by a corridor that feeds all the functionality of the three childrens bedrooms with their private bathrooms, one master with jackuzzi and walking closet and TV Stand.

A flat roof is accessed by the backstairs (secondary) where you can find a gym, bedroom and a bathroom. The program adjusts to a pavilion as morphology, making this package meets the functionality proposed on the implementation on the site.

Construction.

The house is built with concrete as structure (carrier).Slabs and decks lightened. Brick and glass for the enclosures, and brick masonry. The pavements are proposed from washed  terrazzo,  porcelain and polished concrete, plaster the walls of thin veneers without finishing celosias in the case of kitchen, bathroom and service area.

The actions of how the materials are carefully installed in enclosures solved- the meeting of the rail, the screens and the drip-isan example of how to achieve an integrated part to systematize it, this case is given in the main facade house.
