Actually, I like how the change of levels between the living-room and the porch creates a little extra enclosure, while at the same time it allows a closer connection to the terrain outside the windows. I also like the relation between the level of detail and the budget. Really good!

lovely design but i would prefer that tha living room is on the same level as the terrace, that would make the space look less rigid!!

sweet little house! At first blush I thought 'uh-oh, trailer trying to be chic...' but the more I study it the more I really appreciate the subtleties, especially blending into the vegetation. The flow is very nice as well. Only thing I would do is widen it a little so that it's not so coffin-like. The rigidity I'm feeling from it now would soften with some width I think...

I have always really enjoyed this house. The materiality and pocket doors are really great. It is one of my favorite small houses. My only concern is the upper seating room. The photo furniture makes it look too stiff, and it seems to be too open.

All in all, bravo! A beautiful house!

I am very impressed.

This house embodies wonderful window and insulation adaptations.

The insulation values are increased dramatically. The wall width is not excessive for such improvements in insulation.

I will be incorporating ideas from this article for the home I am building. Thank you.

It suggests me an easy lifestyle (someone would complain about the stairs, but if you are carefull you may never fall down) It's like the catalan architecture from Garcès i Sòria, Coderch, Sostres, Mitjans...
