Mark Magazine + ArchDaily subscription giveaway: The winners

By David Basulto — Filed under: Arch Daily ,

As announced, we closed the form to enter the competition on August 28th, 11:59AM  and we used Random.org to choose the 2 winners (and 2 finalists in case the winners don´t answer the e-mail I just sent to them to confirm their info).

After removing duplicate/invalid submissions, there were a total of 2,947 entries. We randomly picked 4 numbers between 1-2947  via Random.org and we proceeded to reveal their names from the Excel spreadsheet containing all the entries. We recorded all the process with Screenr so you can witness the whole process.

We´d like to congratulate Jaime Rovira (Chicago, IL) and Rokas (Lithuania), winners of 1 yearly subscription to Mark Magazine.

Stay tuned, we have more surprises for our readers coming in the near future.

Update: Both winners confirmed by email within hours, and we are coordinating with Mark to start sending them their subscription.

You got it wrong! you marked 745 instead of 744! Rekas is not a winner! it’s the dude before him. (I should get a free subscription as well for pointing this out).

ATTENTION YOU ALL!
Look to the video again!
I must remind you all that all the numbers were selected from the column that says: “Entry”. So, Rokas (Lithuania), number 744, is one of the winners!
Unless, of course, if the numbers are the ones in the column most to the left (which are always 1 number less), then all numbers/names picked up are wrong!
Not a very clear system though! We don’t get to know who were the winners after all! Can we get a clear explanation?

Congratulations for the winners anyway! (Whoever they might have been) Of course I envy them too!
