Sound Absorption
In order to improve interior sound control, the metal ceiling panels can be perforated and also fitted with non-woven acoustic tissue or an acoustical pad. Two different perforations are available: The diameter of the holes in mini perforated panels is .059″ (1.5mm) in a .118″ (3mm) triangular pattern; the apertures represent 23% of the perforated area. The diameter of the holes in standard perforated panels is .078″ (2mm) in a .196″ (5mm) triangular pattern; the apertures represent approx. 15% of the perforated area. Fiberglass encapsulated acoustic pads can be used to achieve acoustic absorption. Also non-woven acoustic textile is available which is adhered to inside the panels automatically during production.

Designed for a wide range of suspended ceiling systems, EdgeLine ceiling trim adds a finished look to both commercial ceilings and architectural ceilings. These aluminum ceiling trims are available in Blade and a wide range of Channel sizes and were created to integrate with all types of ceiling panels, including Luxalon metal ceilings, Techstyle acoustical ceilings, and many other systems. Their smooth finish and stable construction ensure outstanding durability to match their good looks.
