I find the use of oval’s intriguing- a great symbol for the space. A community centre that has all of its parts (cultural, political, medical, etc) working in a cyclical nature.

The true test will be to see how these parts learn to work together. The cultural space looks like it will be compromised as the 9:00am band practice will be moved as a result of the morning town hall/ political meeting.

it is a little bit “silly”, thing that gives the building seems more fresh, more friendly even it’s the box of function and orthogonality.I don’t know, those naiv circules are so funny ,they don’t bring the apereance of a stupid building, on the contrary, they give something funny and spice.
