Yes, it’s an urban planning project. But it have nothing to say in any way. Even like an urban planning project.
Where are public areas? parking lots e.t.c.?
Just fancy pictures and fancy highlights.
Maybe it wasn’t made for professioanals to judge…

i like the shape of the development, i just don’t know why there is water surrounding it? ah it’s wetland! but is it safe? a 200 meter tower?!

I think a lot of people here view project like this that posted here in ArchDaily with an architect’s eye. This is a urban planning project, so don’t judge it with its pure aesthetic.

I am wondering where the wetlands are. It appears from the plan and from the provided renderings that most of the edges between the water and land are hard constructed barriers.
