Not crazy, fabulous. I am actually working on a similar project as we speak. MannyOceans.com. The project in tells bringing the HyRail system through floating luxury homes that are storage facilities. The system will be attachable and it will be able to sink. The tunnels for the rail system will have the option to run outside or inside the system.

I am formulating a design club for the development process of the system. It is called Ocean Life. If you like to participate in the construction process with your designs. We are based out of San Diego and I am looking to give designers and opportunity to actually cad their designs for installation.

The formulation of the environment we are working on is by membership. Designers interested in the project will be able to work with our engineers for constructing the mechanism and designs.

I think that it doesn't apply at all with the size of the project, 80 km it is too much for a human passage. So, there is no need for this holed wall.
