[...] Amazing eco walkaway bridges located in Singapore can be the great architectures design ideas in this urban life era. In this modern industrialized place, there is no chance to find many open green spaces, especially given the extremely small size of these island coupled with its 3.2 million inhabitants. The Southern Ridges is essentially comprised of 9 kilometers of green spaces between Mount Faber Park, Telok Blangah Hill Park, and Kent Ridge Park. The walkway bridge doesn’t interfere with the natural layout of the parks or the Adinandra Belukar forest as one might suspect; actually, the project ideas was built to co-exist calmly with the obtainable plants and the animals that inhabit it. Many of people embark on the Forest Walk and Canopy Walk to enjoy nature views. The walkway bridge is truly a series of suspended paths which connect with other nearby paths such as the Alexandra Arch and Henderson Waves, offering a well-rounded exploration of the area. Here it is best sample modern eco walkway bridges infrastructure design photos for your inspiration. –via- [...]

As I said the other day ( http://structurehub.com/blog/2009/08/singapores-henderson-waves-a-bridge-just-right/ ), the bridge is another successfully-done curvilinear bridge, resembling a tapeworm in this case.

One thing I particularly appreciate about the narrow, straight, bridge over the park is that it is VERY narrow. It forces people to walk single-file, rather than abreast of each other, which tends to cause their gaze away from each other and down toward the trees and wildlife below (thereby reinforcing the whole purpose for the bridges - admiring nature).

This looks interesting. On a separate note, they also redid the National Museum that looks gorgeous now.
