Text description provided by the architects. This house is placed in the last third of a sloping site which it is accessed from below. This position determinates the construction so that the access path doesn’t interrupt the view of the near context of the house.

The whole program is developed in a unique level, with the exception of a bedroom, a bathroom and a guests living room that takes advantage of the acclivity of the site and appears below the main volume of the house.

Proposed spaces are organized in terms of the panoramic view that shapes a slender horizontal body that is oriented towards the south-west. To control the effects of this orientation it is projected a 2 meter wing that emphasizes the horizontal condition of the house on the ground.

Section DD

View and orientation has an influence on the design of the roofing. The continuous slab is folded longitudinally in order to give shape to two parallel skylights that run along the whole length of the house.
