Its a pretty good-looking building, and a good attempt. Lots of nice touches to the interiors, like the concrete column heads. I really like this.. kind of old-school. Lots of nice touches to the interiors, like the concrete column heads.

I can say the design is great, from larger scale to some great details (bituterazzo floor for example, paintings on the rough concrete, patio terraces on the top floor). it is meant to be a "technical handbook" in scale 1:1 , so you can see all the wires, pipes, structure and everything. even the colourful floor is actually an engeneer software output, so it fits into the concept. the pity is, the ground floor was meant to be a public space with four entrances, but only one is functional (they are afraid to leave them non-secured). mr.cheap: the acoustics is OK, it is an open space but divided with some segments (the atrium is closed) I had the opprotunity to visit the building with the architect (before it was opened to public). Seems to have few or none sound reducing elements ? I would also question the acoustics in this place when filled with people. Seems to have few or none sound reducing elements ?

It's a very basic structure, a very basic form, and this softening of the exterior reduces the impact and character of the building on the outside. What I find a bit difficult to understand is how the spaces inside relates to the outside. In the presentation it seems almost like only an interior space with daylight. This could be an interesting idéa, to create an indoor space that has absolutely no relation to the outside except for lighting conditions, no views, etc. As a big building in the city I think the shaping of this is excellent, lighter than the swiss, but more rational and ordered than the danish. Also a very nice description in text, nice to hear about innovative efficiency and static solutions. Thanks for publishing ! I think this is actually quite good.
