The proposed project takes into account the particular situation building and the sustainability. One of the main objectives was to achieve high energy efficiency, present in the overall design with the provision of a block situated around a main courtyard, which is set in the center of the building.

The building outward shown as a solid line coated with a sheet metal skin deployed, with a design that allows the presence of blades according to existing uses or orientation of each facade. This coating is intended to defend the building from excessive insolation aggression, while opening onto the central courtyard.

Looks like a very interesting use of natural light, those reflections in every surface inside the building (walls and flooring, mainly) are plain brilliant. Cheers
