I wonder how the hot climate affects it though. Is there natural ventilation or just a reliance on an oversized air conditioning system? In general this looks like a fantastic design for a hospital. Definitely an improvement on the drab old buildings dotting cities in the US. Are there other sustainable strategies incorporated into this design? Water collection? Solar panels?
