Wow, the ceiling is great, the perforated panels and the angular geometrics make a very interesting seating I bet. Nice.

The ceiling sculpture is sensational and a perfect foil for the rigor of the space planning. Another feature that I greatly appreciate is the respectful distance between the tables and booths. Both elements are indicative of experienced designers and clients who understand the experience of dining in public places. The right mix of buzz and hush is just as important as the cuisine.

The furniture choices puzzled me at first, but the explanation is well written and makes perfect sense. Again, it seems that the focus in the furniture selection has been on creating a pleasing and comfortable dining experience.

Very neat work, tasteful materials, sober craftsmanship, the simplicity is achieved by a masterful combination of different languages. It truly reflects the hands-on approach AE proclaims in his website. Finally, back to ethics. Reservations taken?
