some nice lighting design at the exibition too! fell in love with a desk top lamp there. pretty impressed, you should go take a look!

This is somewhat like an exercise we use with kids (of all ages) to help them visualize how “their” city might actually work. A big success for over 40 years. Teachers love it too!

Nath: Sure, we have all “conceived of this at some point,” but also this seems to be executed well. I’d go see it if I were in Oslo.

I really like the appearance of this. I’ve been there, and it is quite fun to wander around in it, experiencing many small places.

The big downside though -it steals all the attention and makes the exhibited objects, many of which being quite small, hard to see.

Cool idea, but possibly better fitted in some other context.

This reminds me of a pavilion in Moscow’s VDNH. A simple modern box of a building, but inside there is this beautiful set of iron clouds just hanging of the ceiling. Simple cut-out clouds. Here it’s about shape, and there it’s about light and reflections.
