is that an urinal in the bathroom?…..yikes! not because of the urinal, that’s pretty functional, but because of it’s modern looking approach with a cover lid.

I appreciate the attention to the existing trees and natural daylight. Interiors look well-lit. Certain spatial interrelationships were obviously given special consideration.
However, overall space doesn’t have any new quality beyond those of conventional houses. And exterior materials are obviously poorly chosen.

i agree with p.yanev….the interior has modern and expensive feeling but the exterior is really poor, it would be much better to paint the house white!!!
