The Pol-Aqua headquarter office building is the beginning of the Wilanów Office Park investment. It is meant to give this large investment of 14 office building and a total of over 140 000 sqm GLA an impressive start.

The architecture is to give a taste of the character of complete office park in the future – modern architecture surrounded by a neatly prepared landscape.

The PolAqua S.A. company representative building is the result of close cooperation of the client with architectural office.

It is a comfortable headquarter which provides the required by the investor comfort, and is designed for the previously estimated number of employees. At the concept stage, functional layout and arrangement of office space have been approved by its board.
