Nice interiors looks fresh! but the facade glows with its abscense of innovation, black facades are so 90s, thats what happends when you have old people in charge for the main design that clearly must be the case here. Next time let the interns do the exterior as well.

Beautiful project.
I’d agree that the 2nd floor seems a bit unnecessary, but the double height entrance makes the building.

What’s the point of the second floor? Is there really a need for this much seating? How about moving the dance floor to the second floor and playing with indoor outdoor dancing spaces?
