The residence is composed by two stages. The difficulty of planning was that the property is very narrow and very long and has a slope. The design of the residential complex was therefore mainly in the section which has been extruded to more or less in the horizontal. The basis for the design of this intersection curve were on the one hand, the integration of solar panels in the building, on the other hand, the most sophisticated design of the exteriors of the dwellings in the three floors. The eastern component is graded because of the site.

The roof area winds like a ribbon around. The same time it was reached that the underground is not underground, but a base zone and thus represents a large terrace for ground floor apartments. The balconies on the top floor have been designed as a roof so that every home receives the broadest possible, but not too deep balcony. This zone of about 2.20 meters depth, constitutes the roof of the open spaces of the apartments below.
The facade design was carried out using green aluminum metal panels.
