the idea is nice.
the facade material is strange, i cant really understand it, but it seems to degrade the project to me… one thing i don’t understand – where is the bedroom/s. i suppose the room in the 1st floor is the room for painting? on the photographs there are small children, where are their room? it seems to me lot of space wasted on stairs and corridor, but no bedrooms.

The house over car park concept would be unique in other countries i.e. USA. Exceptional use of
plot space. Garage not required.

nicely built, however I don´t like the idea of having so much space and window area devoted to corridors and stairs. Besides the weird and ugly color and texture of the product used to finish the building.

I really like this house, and the text description is especially well written….not some gibberish architect talk.
I would feel very uncomfortable on those “stairs” though, very adventurous clients!

This is a very charming wonderful smart house! It looks small and that works well to make private space in the busy area. The neighboughr’s Japanese quality concrete well for the owner as well. Pitty as architecture it brings less imapact…

sooooooo fabulous!!!
every time i saw the same way to creat ,generate the samll villa in japan.
sample facade,fluent volumn,sharp color,zen yard inside the small flat.
in recent days , guys usually do the design with lots of languge to express something we never met before,flex volumn,sparking facade,strange flat level.
why not drop all of it and go back to the natural environment.
