I know you all hate when people just focus on aesthetics but…this is rather ugly. Even if it has flawless planning and reunifies the city it is still just not beautiful. Architecture should blend beauty and art into a functional composition.

mizture of herzog and de meuron. structurally caixa forum, in terms of interior photographic prints on material. auesthetically it is still dutch thing, if it can be so after using swiss stuff…
