You're another one of these internet architect wannabe-idiots.
Your ignorance makes me laugh, and your strive to sound as if you 'know' architecture, as well as cultures makes me chuckle even more.
I highly doubt you'll ever get far in this field.
sad.. really.

Guys!

You're underestimating Korean Vulgaryty....(I'm Korean myself)
Generally speaking, Korean's aren't as sophisticated people as you might imagine. Plus, Architectural competitions here are mostly rigged in favor of people with connections.....basically 'Mafia' society. Very corrupted...

There's a joke says that "If steve jobs or Bill gates were born in Korea, They probably end up dead after gone crazy or running a electric hardware shop around the corner...sad...

@ Angus:

YES!

On another un-serious note, this would make for a very cool Taekwondo evil lair/headquarters type of feel.

I love the landscape and idea, the actual buildings not as much.

I hate this over the top optimistic architects who seem to design everything after taking lsd...and the world is just so colourfull and brilliant and everything is so perfect and let's make love...good god..they even put fire works in their renders...shouldn't this be about marcial arts and as it has been said means discipline, concentration, meditation even...this is a gigantic martial arts shopping mall...by the way the landspace seems very nice so this just going to ruin it all. Koreans should keep making cars and think twice when hiring these architects to this things.

I find these graphics to be terrible. They are all over saturated with dark colors that make it hard to understand and uninviting to look at. The architecture itself is also trying to be too flashy and extravagant. Marshal Arts is about discipline, self control, fluidity and balance. This design doesn't spark any of those things for me.
