I have been to this building and it is much better than the photos convey, the proportions of width and height are superb and generate a sense of entry through passage whilst also defining a very affective spatial enclosure. The interiors are less dramatic but they function very well and the lighting levels when I visited are excellent and seem very conducive to study. Overall an impressive building.

It is little bit claustorfobic and monumental at the same time. But I love aesthetic and design courage. I like the way that stepper stairs enhance old building and rest cutting out from not the most interesting city scape. But i feel like there is something missing in central passage. Maybe some cool lamps or small architecture -people likes gathering around local dominants.
