		<description>I really like this project. And by the way, everebody said to Victor Hugo that the submarine is the stupidest ideea ever, and I think this is the same thing. Mientras el desarrollo inmoboliario aumenta, desvincula areas de la cuidad, propiciando islas de desarrollo urbano y extirpando cada vez mas las areas verdes de la cuidad.   En respuesta a esta demanda de areas verdes y de buscar una solucion sustentable al asunto, en la oficina de Jorge hernandez de la Garza se ha diseñado un modulo estructural flexible que se puede conjugar tanto a lo alto como a lo ancho, para contrarestar esta desmembracion urbana. Estos modulos, ubicados en Coyoacan, no solo son aptos para la vivienda o el funcionamiento de oficinas, sino tambien como areas de sembrado de alimentos y acopio de agua, de manera que puede generarse tanto en horizontal -suturando la urbe- como en vertical, utilizando en su maximo potencial focos especificos de la cuidad para el abastecimiento alimenticio, la residencia y el desarrollo economico. 		<description>It does seem like it&#039;s not gonna work, at least not like this, but I think there&#039;s not much difference between a really crazy idea and a really great idea. It might provide the right type of inspiration or a missing link for someone else, or their next attempt might hit the nail right on the head.

No need to be so pessimistic, is there?</description>
