I really like this box, and particularly BECAUSE of the interior. Bo I’m surprised by your remark, I would reject it if it didn’t have a toilet near the entrance (lol) although I agree the door should be a bit more discreet. The top floor layout is a bit strange (second study inside the MB, etc but I guess that has to do with the clients way of life), but I LOVE the central void connecting the study. In that way the entrance/wardrobe really acts as a small container-type threshold serving the main box.
Sad though that the kitchen has such a amazing view of a concrete wall…

It seems that no expense was spared in the interior, too. The big pendant lamp is Luis Poulsen, perhaps the most expensive lighting piece you can buy…beautiful nonetheless. It’s good to see a top-quality and very consistent house in this part of Europe.

very nice box house, box typologies are very strong and memorable, will survive through time, they dont age quickly…i love the living room, nice groung floor planning but on the first floor i would add a third bedroom instead of having two study areas.

The lamp in the living room is beatiful, I have very similar lamp in my flat ( only with three arms). The only thing I miss inside this house are green plants everywhere.

I agree with Bo Luucky that at first sight this house looks like many others “boxes on hills”, but this one is so warm and fiendly inside, that it makes the house diferent from the others. Outside the house is a little bit boring, like many houses in the minimalistic style, but this one has that something.
