		<description>Isnt the winning project (by arons &amp; gelauff) . 
Somehow i think its a bit disturbing to be publishing any competition entry as you run the risk of losing interest from people that are looking for actual buildings (or approved proposals), not just any random competition submission however interesting (re-infobox competition entries listed as well, again not showing the actual winners, Tina Manis Associates)...</description>
