Zaha is an amazing woman. i love her work, i love the way she considers the experience of space, she has undoubtedly paved a new paradigm in architecture and urban design. to the people who criticize her work, look further into her designs beyond what you see, dont be so shallow and ignorant.

I've never been captivated by her built work. Her paintings on the other hand are beautiful. She should be an artist rather than an architect.

performance and form? where's the performance part in that form? just because the curvy sexylooking form is covered with white glossy flawless fiberglass that doesn't make building performative. chanel pavilion was a good example. oh and Ultra man, mind your own. who said I'm anti-zaha.

Why stop? Archdork what's your argument?
Is it again this artificial and obsolete utilitarian question: Form follow function ? Never thought about performance and form?

French Gothic vs Cistercian architecture , Bernini vs Perrault, Gaudi vs Corbusier, Saarinen vs SOM, Jørn Utzon vs Sydney, Future System vs Tadao Ando, Hadid vs Zumthor… these conflicts are so artificial !!!

Make it interesting have arguments instead of the usual anti-Zaha rant.
